By attending, you consent to being photographed/filmed for promotional use. If you prefer not to be included, please inform a staff member upon arrival.

• Arrival: Please arrive by 10:50 AM for registration at the academy gates.
• Collection: Only authorised parents/guardians may sign children out.
• Safeguarding: Parents are not permitted onsite due to Hertswood Academy Safeguarding rules during the session to maintain a safe environment.
• Consent Forms: Must be completed and submitted prior to the event.
• Supervision: DBS-checked staff and a qualified safeguarding lead will be present.
• Medical Info: Please inform staff of any pre-existing conditions upon arrival.
• Emergency Procedures: First aid will be administered if needed, and parents will be contacted immediately.

A full briefing email with safeguarding contacts will be sent one day before the event.
